For all those that were complaining about the rain and storms, Summer is here! I'm hearing that Lake Travis is open to boaters - please respect the areas where wakes will damage homes and yards - it is beg lake and lots of shoreline where no damage will be done.
Travis Central Appraisal District is looking to add some office space on to their existing building - it turns out any time they make changes like this all of their clients need to approve it. Here is their letter requesting a resolution at our next meeting. Since they have the funds to proceed I see no issue with a resolution at the next regular Council meeting.
Texas Natural Gas file a full rate case later this month - the City of Austin will be doing a full review and has offered to let us look at their results! This will save residents tax dollars - we only have about 60 homes with natural gas - thank you Austin!
