ZAPCO

ZAPCO - Zoning and Planning Commission
A couple of permanent signs were approved for businesses on Hwy 620 and a special use permit was extended for 24 more months for the Flintrock Falls Sales trailer.

A variance was requested and granted to allow owners of property at 402 Tonkawa Trail to allow them to build an access road to driveway standards instead of roadway standards. Since there are only two homes here it was felt that this type of road would suffice.

Lakeway Quick Lube will be required to irrigate their new addition's landscape as per ordinance.

Tuscan Village requested some modifications to their PUD and this was granted. It reduces the number of structures, increases the distance from property lines to homes and other small changes.

The Commission voted to recommend an amendment to the Development Ordinance to adopt trail design standards recently approved by the City Park's and Recreation Commission.

And finally, there was some discussion about proposed amendments to Residential (R-1) regulations increasing setbacks. No decision was made on this.
