Wonderful, wonderful rain! So far as of about 10:00 AM Tuesday morning, we have received a total of about 2.5 inches of rain and more on the way. With luck, this may impact our lake. Currently the lake is at 653.87, down from 654.39 on August 31. If the lake starts coming up, I'll do a special post. Sunday, September 2, 2018, a judge on the Supreme Court of Texas denied the Petition for Writ of Mandamus from Thomas Kilgore. Here is a link to that ruling. Note that it is "Without Prejudice". That means it can be re-filed if desired.
