It's Tuesday, January 3, 2017 and it's time to go back to work. Going to be another interesting week, 75 degrees today and freezing by the end of the week! We got about .57 inch of rain Monday morning along with a little wind and lightning. I haven't heard of any damage or issues.
For those that decorated trees and bushes along 620 and Lakeway streets, please get out and clean it up. I'd rather not spend City tax dollars!
One of our residents is interested in preserving some of Lakeway's history - it's called the "Lakeway 300 Project". Here's a link to information on how you can get involved and help! Check it our, especially if your home is one of the originals in Lakeway!
The "Lakeway Players" are looking for a few good folks! Here's a link to the audition information for their production of "Moon Over Buffalo" - want to be a "Star"?
The "Brown Bag Lunches" start this Thursday the 5th at the Activity Center - here's a link to full information.
That's all for today, get ready for the next "big freeze" coming later in the week. If you would like to be added to my email list, send a note to lakeway@bain.us and I'll get you added. If you have friends that you think might be interested, forward it to them.
Thanks for all the support!
Joe Bain
