I noticed they are starting on the signal installation at Lohmans and Lohmans Spur - they are digging holes for the pole foundation.
CAMPO tonight - important agenda. We will vote on pulling the funding from Lone Star Rail - since Union Pacific pulled out there doesn't seem to be another path with funding that makes since. There will be more discussion on the Regional Study to determine what the best path forward is for our traffic congestion. And finally, we will be discussing a bylaw change for the TAC (Technical Advisory Committee) that would provide better representation for the CAMPO area.
Tomorrow County Commissioners will discuss and vote on their new Parks Master Plan. This updated plan includes the county coming into the fold to develop the property Lakeway purchased for LTYA's use. It moves that project to top priority and since funds were already bonded in 2001, I hope it will be approved. It would be good to move that project forward.

I hear there's possible rain in the forecast in about a week - we can only hope they get it right! Thanks for all the blue lights all over Lakeway - I'm working on getting more bulbs, I think some standard bulbs are still available at Lowe's Bee Cave - I still have some small base bulbs at City Hall!
