I'm a little late on this post, but I have good reason! I was invited and went on the 2016 Lakeway Honor Flight to Washington DC with 26 Veterans from WWII, Korea and Vietnam. It was a wonderful and moving experience for all of the Vets that were on this flight. Many thanks to the Austin Honor Flight Volunteers for all their work in making this an outstanding success. This was the 31st flight put on by Austin Honor Flight and the next one is going our this Friday night. If you know a Veteran, please take the time to thank them for their service! Our country would not look the same today with out their sacrifices!
