What a beautiful weekend! Too bad Spring doesn't last all year (except for the pollen!). Lake is up about a foot and a half with our recent rains - still lower than last year at this time. That's a real issue for us, if we reach 600,000 acre feet this summer, it means we will go to stage 4 restrictions - that means NO watering. that would be devastating for our area! Another rain chance this week - hope for a REAL rain
CAMPO - We ARE making a difference! If you haven't done the two surveys, please take time to do them - we have until April 3rd!
2040 Draft Plan : Do you want bicycles and walkways and trains to get you around Western Travis county? If not, tell them.
Amendment to the TIP (Transportation Improvement Plan) : This amendment would add an additional managed lane to MOPAC from 183 to Slaughter Ln for a total of two each way - currently it is one lane in each direction. This would significantly improve the flow on MOPAC - please support all amendments for roads - mass transit is up to you.
Parks and Recreation folks are working hard! Here is the latest report from Andra - Thanks!
ZAPCO meets on 4-1 at 9:10 AM in Council Chambers. Here is that agenda.
The light is up and in operation at Serene Hills and Hwy. 71 - it is a little difficult and confusing when Southbound because of the construction. Be careful out there!
That's all the time I have right now - more later!
