The Monday Council meeting was short and uneventful. Previously, the head of the Homeowners Association from the Villas made comments about an agreement between the City, the MUD, Hills and others. No one was present to speak at the public hearing Monday morning.
ZAPCO will meet in regular session Wednesday, December 1, 2010 at 9:10AM. There are several signs and some re-zoning issues they will be addressing. Here is the agenda.

The deer trapping has been going well this year - it appears we are ahead of last years count.
Ramming Paving will be back after the Thanksgiving Holidays on Monday the 29th. They will start on Lohmans Crossing, move to Sailmaster and then the remaining streets. They should be complete by December 3 barring any weather delays.
Pedernales Electric will be replacing 14 power poles on Lakeway Drive. This is routine maintenance to replace aging poles.
Steve did a presentation to the Lakeway Men's Breakfast Club last week - if you missed it here is the presentation!
Our municipal Judge, Judge Madison, was recognized for his continued dedication to municipal courts and for donating his time as instructor for the TCMEC for 13 years. Here is the award!
One of our Police Officers, Hector Almaguer has completed his bachelors degree in Criminal Justice! Congratulations!
Twenty-eight officers went through use of force training and an assessment of their hand to hand skills last week. The plan is for quarterly training in 2011.
