Council, MUD

The City Council met in Special Session Monday morning at 9:00AM. This was one of the three required public hearings for the annexation of the Villas. No one was present to speak either for or against the annexation.

Resolution No. 2010-11-22-01 was approved appointing Jack Wright, Heritage Commission, Member. Congratulations Jack!

Lakeway MUD met in Special Session at 1:30 Monday for presentation of the results of an Internal Control Audit to the BOD, Administration, Personnel and Communications Committee and the Finance Committee.

Although results were communicated in open session, a copy was not made available to me. From the discussion, it appears there were no significant issues, however there were items that the Board felt needed addressing. Those items include approval of time sheets, fuel tank controls, credit card use and documentation, oversight of cash disbursements, overdue bill collection processes and IT access controls.
