The Whataburger on 620 was the victim of an armed robbery this morning at about 3AM. The local police in conjunction with Travis County captured all of the robbers within 15 minutes between Lakeway and Mansfield Dam. All of the cash was recovered along with the gun and there were no injuries. GREAT JOB!
One of the assailants told Lakeway Police he didn't want to do a robbery in Lakeway because of the police presence. His friends talked him into it and learned the hard way.
