Parade Committee Statement

The Parade Committee has put out the following statement:

In the event of light rain, the parade will start on time. If the rain i heavy it will be postponed up to a half an hour. The parade will be canceled if there is thunder or lightning, or if the rain is continuous. If the parade has to be canceled, there will be no rain date.
